Jevani P. Barron serves as Principal Advisor of Certus Advisory Group, leading all client engagements across operational risk, quality systems, compliance readiness, and technical advisory support. As a degreed mechanical engineer with dual graduate degrees, he brings a disciplined, systems-based approach to helping organizations understand where operational weaknesses exist, why failures occur, and what it takes to strengthen the infrastructure behind performance.
His background spans industrial and operational environments where quality, documentation, process control, and corrective action are business-critical — not afterthoughts. That experience shaped his ability to identify breakdowns at the system level and translate those findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
